The leaves contain a number of sweet-tasting chemicals known as steviol glycosides, which can be used fresh or dried to sweeten beverages or desserts and can be commercially processed into powdered noncaloric sweeteners. Steviol glycosides, particularly the chemicals stevioside and rebaudioside A, can be more than 300 times sweeter than table sugar and are nonglycemic (they do not affect blood glucose levels). Cilantro
Botanical Name: Coriandrum sativum
People use cilantro as a flavorsome addition to soups, salads, curries, and other dishes. In some parts of the world, people call it coriander. In the United States, cilantro refers to the leaves, and coriander refers to the seeds. Its nutritional content may provide a range of health benefits.
The cilantro plant contains dodecenal, an antimicrobial compound that may help protect your body against infections and illnesses caused by tainted food. The compound is effective against Salmonella, a microbe that can cause life-threatening food poisoning.
Peppermint
Botanical Name: Mentha piperita
Peppermint has a strong sweetish odour and a warm pungent taste with a cooling aftertaste. The leaves are typically used fresh as a culinary herb, and the flowers are dried and used to flavour candy, desserts, beverages, salads, and other foods. Its essential oil is also widely used as a flavouring.
The leaves are used with their intense minty scent, which is clearly notable when rubbed - it comes from the essential oil contained in the leaves.

Lemon verbena

Lemon verbena is a flowering plant. It grows in South America, northern Africa, southern Europe, and Iran. The leaves and flowering tops are used to make medicine.
Lemon verbena is used for digestive disorders such as gas or diarrhea, muscle damage caused by exercise, multiple sclerosis (MS), insomnia, and other conditions, but there is no good scientific evidence to support these uses.
In foods and manufacturing, lemon verbena is used as an ingredient in herbal teas, as a fragrance in perfumes, and as an ingredient in alcoholic beverages.
Senna
Botanical Name: Senna alexandrina
Senna is an herb. The leaves and the fruit of the plant are used to make medicine.
Senna is an FDA-approved nonprescription laxative. It is used to treat constipation and also to clear the bowel before diagnostic tests such as colonoscopy.
Senna is also used for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), hemorrhoids, and weight loss.
